I grew up in a town on the coast of South East Florida, where I was blessed to have a very special yoga studio, Kula Yoga Shala, close to my home. I would often walk there after school and on weekends to practice yoga, tai chi, and energy healing. When I decided to join their RYT-200 hr program at 17, I mainly wanted to learn more about yoga. Although, I was given many opportunities in college, from teaching at my university\u2019s gym to private sessions, and friends\u2019 studios, it became evident that sharing yoga was a big part of my journey. My classes tend to be more alignment-focused and have a slower pace to really dive into each pose and how it feels in the body. I have had the absolute pleasure of teaching yoga since 2018, and I am thrilled to be a part of Sprial Yoga and excited to share my light on yoga in this special space!
