We want to make that first step for you as comfortable as possible.\u00a0 Here at Spiral Yoga we offer several classes that can serve as your first step. We are here to help support your growth and we&#8217;re so excited for your yoga journey.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tFAQs\n\t<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\tHow do I sign up?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>You can click on profile or class schedule to sign up or purchase classes. Everything will be kept up with online, from class passes, memberships, class reminders, waiting list, etc. We want this to be an easy process for you. You are also able to sign up for classes in the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for us to complete your profile and sign waiver.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tDo you have to be felxible for yoga?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Although yoga will help you increase in flexibility mentally and physically, it is not a prerequisite.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tWhat do i need to bring to class?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>A yoga mat&#8230;.Dont have one?\u00a0 No worries you can borrow or buy one from the studio.\u00a0 If you happen to sweat a lot you may want to bring a towel and a bottle of water, especially for our hot yoga or vinyasa classes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tDo I have to practice barefoot?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Yoga is practiced barefoot, allowing you to become more grounded and stable in your poses.\u00a0 However, you are more than welcome to keep your socks on but if you choose to do so we find the ones with grip on the bottom work best.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tWhat should I wear?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Wear whatever you like, as long as it&#8217;s comfortable and allows you to move well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tWhat classes are best for beginners?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Beginner friendly classes will be marked with an * asterisk on our class descriptions.\u00a0 However, please feel free to try a different class that best suits your schedule.\u00a0 Modifications are offered in every class based on your needs.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tIs experience required?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We love newbies.\u00a0 It is always such an honor to be able to share our love for yoga with others.\u00a0 So no experience is required.\u00a0 We would encourage you to try the introduction series, classes geared for beginners and of course one on one sessions if you&#8217;re not ready for a class yet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tIs yoga for everyone?\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We believe everyone can benefit from Yoga.\u00a0 Whether young or old, male or female, physical ailments, body size or prior surgeries we have a variety of classes that can meet your personal needs.\u00a0 Please check out our class descriptions for more details<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New To Yoga?
