This is a great class to take if you are not sure about taking a hot yoga class but would like to try a heated class. This vinyasa flow is beginner friendly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tWarm and Gentle\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Warm and gentle is ideal for students looking for a softer pace with more presence in each posture and less flow. In this class you will be guided through breath work and a series of postures designed to create space and relaxation within the body.\u00a0 The heat is a great addition to this class, enhancing the muscles in relaxing and letting go. Grounded in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa, this class is suitable for all levels.\u00a0 You will sweat, have fun, be challenged and given the opportunity to realize your full potential. This class is heated to 90 degrees.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h2>&#8220;The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkess corners of the body.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<h2>-Jason Crandell<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\tHeated Vin to Yin\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>&#8220;The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness.&#8221;\u00a0-Sakyong Mipham<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<p>This class is similar to our stretch and flow class.\u00a0 Vin to Yin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.\u00a0 This class will start off with a vinyasa flow, helping the body get warm and heated as we move with our breath through a sequence of poses followed by yin yoga, a time where we will be cooling the body down and going deeper into the body with holding poses for 90 seconds to 3 minutes.\u00a0 The combination of vinyasa and yin yoga is the perfect balance to your yoga practice and adding in the heat is icing on the cake. You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and more flexible. This class is heated to 90 degrees.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tSunday Reset\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>In this grounding flow, Hannah will guide you through postures that nurture the body, wind down the mind, and connect with the breath.\u00a0 Reset, restore and renew before the week ahead.\u00a0 All levels Welcome.
