Hot Yoga

In this class we use heat as a tool to go deeper into the body.  This class is similar in style to a vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement and creating various yoga sequences aimed at getting you centered, your heart rate up and burning calories. Please check out our information on the benefits of Hot Yoga and remember to drink plenty of water before and after this class.

Warm Vinyasa Flow*

“Yoga is the dance of every cell, with the muscle of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony.” -  Debasish Mridha

This class is a warm yoga flow class, the heaters will not be on the entire class and the room will stay around 80 to 85 degrees, allowing the warmth to have a more relaxing effect during your yoga flow. This is a great class to take if you are not sure about taking a hot yoga class but would like to try a heated class. This vinyasa flow is beginner friendly.

Gentle Flow*

This class is geared for those who are new to yoga or would like a more gentle practice.  It is similar to a vinyasa flow learning to link breath with movement while incorporating simple flowing sequences aimed at warming up the body.  This class will use slower paced movements that continue to focus on flexibility, strength, alignment and balance.

Stretch And Flow*

“I will let my body flow like water over the gentle cushions.”  - Sappho

This class is for those who are trying to improve their flexibility.  In this class we will move through various yoga poses to help stretch and open the body. Some moments of this class will move like a flow to warm up and heat the body in addition to long deep stretches that will help the body feel so yummy.

6am Hot Yoga

This class follows the journey to power sequence and is a great way to help you get focused and centered for the day. Modifications offered.

Heated Vin to Yin*

“The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness.” -Sakyong Mipham

This class is similar to our stretch and flow class.  Vin to Yin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.  This class will start off with a vinyasa flow, helping the body get warm and heated as we move with our breath through a sequence of poses followed by yin yoga, a time where we will be cooling the body down and going deeper into the body with holding poses for 90 seconds to 3 minutes.  The combination of vinyasa and yin yoga is the perfect balance to your yoga practice and adding in the heat is icing on the cake. You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and more flexible.

Lunch Express

This class is created for those who are trying to get in a quick yoga practice on their lunch break.  It's much like a vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement, warming up with sun salutations, creative yoga sequences and gentle relaxing poses at the end.

Heated Power Flow

This class is similar to our Saturday morning class and designed from the Journey to Power Sequence.  This is a faster paced class where you will flow through one pose to the next with your breath. This class integrates Sun Salutations, standing poses, balance poses, inversion and back bends to help you improve strength, endurance and focus.  This class will be a challenge and a great impact in your yoga practice and your everyday life.  If you are a beginner, no worries, resting in a child's pose is always available.

Sunday Reset*

In this grounding flow, Hannah will guide you through postures that nurture the body, wind down the mind, and connect with the breath.  Reset, restore and renew before the week ahead.  All levels Welcome.

Heated BROGA

Oftentimes when people think of yoga they usually think of female dominant classes.  We want to encourage men to participate in yoga by creating a space/class for only males. This class will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a class for men to come together, grunt, sweat and leave feeling renewed, inspired and more energized.
